أنظمة الإبلاغ الخاصة بالسلامة

لأنه من الممكن تواجد متعاقدين وعمال من بلاد كثيرة على الموقع، يقوم الكثير من أصحاب أعمال البناء والنفط والصناعات بإدخال نظام بسيط لرفع تقارير عن مشاكل الصحة والسلامة بشكل مباشر إلى الهيئة الإدارية المختصة.

وعادة يقوم العمال بملء بطاقة تصف الخطر أو النشاط الخطر الذي تمت رؤيته ويضعون البطاقة في علبة بريد في مكتب الموقع أو في المطعم أو مرفق الرعاية الاجتماعية.

ويقوم مدراء الصحة والسلامة بجمع هذه البطاقات عدة مرات في اليوم ويقومون باتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة لجعل الموقع سليم. وأحيانا تتم مكافئة العمال على هذا الإبلاغ. وعادة يكون لدى الشركة لوحة معلومات عن الصحة والسلامة تخبر جميع العاملين عن المخاطر التي وجدت وعن ما قامت به الشركة لإزالة هذه المخاطر.

Health and Safety Induction Training

We offer a specialist safety video production service to Arabic-speaking countries in the Middle East and North Africa.

Because the workforce in the construction, oil, petrochemical and manufacturing industries in the region comes from many countries, and because you often use sub-contractors rather than direct employees, it can be difficult to communicate the company’s health and safety policies so that they are understood and so that accidents are prevented.

Safety Reporting Systems

Because sub-contractors and workers from many countries can be on site, many employers in construction, oil and manufacturing introduce a simple system to allow workers to report a health and safety problem direct to the company HSEQ management.

Typically workers fill in cards describing the hazard or dangerous activity they have seen and put this in a post-box at the site office or at the canteen or welfare facility.

Health and Safety managers collect these cards several times a day and take any action needed to make the site safe. Workers are often rewarded for making a report. Usually the company will have a HSEQ notice board telling all workers what dangers have been found and what the company has done to remove these.

We can produce a video to explain how such a safety reporting system operates and encouraging workers to use it.
